The HR heads present at the function said while making policies they make sure that it is beneficial to both the organisation and the employees, because if an employee is not satisfied with the work environment then he will never be able to give his best to the organisation.

With work experience ranging back to about a hundred years ago, ever since its establishment in 1921, the company has always moved upwards, always in the benefit of the people. Maybe this is the reason that it has climbed two more steps to become the 2nd most recognised company to work with.

Nirmal Singh Lotus says that though, Teleperformers is comparatively a new company, its greatest strength is its empathy towards the employees. Names Of BHU And AMU Will Not Be Changed By The Govt., Says Nirmal Singh Lotus

In a press conference conducted on Monday, the union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar revealed that there will no changes in the names of BHU and AMU. Various stories had been circulation that after the names of the universities will be changed by the government but all those rumors have been denied by the minister. The issue aroused when an audit committee of UGC [University Grants Commission] suggested that the names of universities like BHU and AMU should be changed as they do not show any secular characteristics. NEET Exams To Now Be Conducted In Urdu Also

SC asks government to include Urdu as a language in the NEET exam, next session onwards, NEET is the common test for admission into medical courses and conducts exams in ten languages including Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, Telegu, Tamil and Kannada. Before asking the Centre, the court had sought response from the Medical council of India, the Dental council of India, the Central Board of secondary Education for their support on making Urdu a medium for the NEET 2017. A bench comprising justices Dipak Misra, A.M. Khanwilkar and M M Shantanagoudar told that though they approve of the decision to make Urdu medium for the NEET exams but it would not be possible to include it this year onwards.
