Multitudes Apply For NEET Coaching Centres
The Centre makes it mandatory for all aspiring medical students to appear for and pass the NEET exam, and that sees a number of seat aspirants thronging to the coaching centres. Until recently, coaching centres only catered to CBSE students but since now the state students have to pass the exam to be eligible to appear for medical seats, the numbers had incredibly shot up. “We haven’t started classes yet. We’re still enrolling students but there is almost a 50 per cent increase in number of students enquiring,” said an owner of a coaching centre in West Delhi. Many-a-places, there is a limit on the number of students per batch so even if the number of aspirants increase, it still would not see a change in the number of students in the class. “We only take a maximum of 45 students, so we’re not accepting any more.
