Nirmal Singh Lotus  condemns the recent incident of murder of an eight-year-old school boy at Ryan International School in Bhondsi near Gurgaon. The whole episode has put the school authorities under scanner for not giving proper security to the kids. The scrutiny of this case raises questions at the improper security staff at the Ryan International School. Many news organizations are running campaigns against this episode. Child Sex Trafficking Victims Can Now Fight Their Own Battle, School Of Justice Opened

According to the ministry of Women and Child Development, 19,223 women and children were trafficked last year against 15,448 in the year 2015, which means, a dangerous rise of 25% in a year. Nirmal Singh Lotus said that the eastern parts of West Bengal recorded the highest number of victims in both the years. West Bengal shares the border with Bangladesh, which makes that tracking of the victims very difficult and the reason behind the state being the hub of child trafficking. “It is very difficult for the women and the girl child to get out of the hands of the perpetrator, and even if they do they cannot live their life in peace because of the dark impact their past has had on them.
