Nicole, who likes being called Nikki, is an Indian-American transgender who has filed a discrimination suit last week alleging the Heritage Oak Private Education is not letting her dress the way she likes, use the bathroom of her choice. She also alleged that she is not being allowed to go by female pronouns either. The family of the girl sued the school for forcing her to wear the same uniforms as the boys of the school and also for refusing to call her by the name she chose for herself.
